COLDTANK (Ningbo Lenecold New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.) designs and manufactures vehicle-mounted refrigerated and frozen boxes, DC refrigeration units and electric refrigerated tricycles. Our boxes run from 40 litres to 3850 litres, across temperature ranges from -20°C to +10°C, and are supplied to distributors, fleet operators and cold-chain integrators.
Why buying direct from the factory matters
Most cold-chain boxes sold internationally are assembled by trading companies from third-party parts. We make the box body, specify the refrigeration system and control the assembly line ourselves.
We are the manufacturer
Body moulding, PU foaming, refrigeration assembly and testing all happen in our own plant in Ningbo. That means spec changes, custom dimensions and spare parts all come from one place.
DC direct drive, not adapted AC
Our refrigeration systems are designed for DC from the start. No inverter between the battery and the compressor — fewer failure points and lower losses.
Low-GWP refrigerant options
Selected models run R290 (GWP 3) alongside conventional R134a and R404a. R290 is the direction EU F-Gas regulation is pushing, and we can discuss which configuration suits your market.

We are an incubated company of the National Graphene Innovation Center in Ningbo, approved by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. That backing is verifiable, unlike a claim on a website.

Rotomoulded boxes (SR series)
HHPE one-piece bodies from 1000L, at 0°C down to -20°C. Impact resistant, corrosion proof and washable — built for markets where the box gets treated roughly.
FRP boxes (HG / LG / FP series)
Glass-fibre bodies from 140L to 1310L, including an upright model for narrow cargo bays. Lighter than the rotomoulded range.
DC refrigeration units
GP1000 and GP2000 series for 1–3 m³ boxes, TK500 for 5–8 m³. Rooftop integrated or split, 12V to 72V. Also available to OEMs who already build their own bodies.

Complete vehicle solutions
For last-mile cold delivery, a van is often too large and too expensive to run. We supply two options:
- Electric refrigerated tricycles — 1000L class, DC60V, 60V 55Ah lithium, roughly 40 km per pack. Chilled (0–10°C) and frozen (-20°C) versions.
- 4-wheel electric refrigerated van — Geely electric chassis, 15.97 kWh LiFePO4, 600 kg payload, 1900×1200×1200 mm box with 75 mm insulation, -18°C to +15°C.
For tricycles we can ship the refrigerated box alone or the complete unit. Box-only supply is often the faster route: you mount it on a chassis you already sell locally, which keeps you clear of vehicle type-approval requirements in your market.
