We supply refrigerated boxes, DC refrigeration units and electric refrigerated tricycles to distributors, fleet operators and cold-chain integrators. Below are the application profiles we see most often, described by the problem rather than by a logo.
Urban fresh-food distribution, 1000L rotomoulded boxes
Problem: a distributor running 30-stop urban routes in a hot climate, losing product quality on the last stops of each loop.
Solution: SR-C05 1000L boxes on 48V vehicle power, with depot pre-cooling and the highest-turnover stops routed last. The change was mostly operational — pre-cooling and route order — with the box specification confirming 0–5°C could be held across the full route.
Frozen delivery on electric tricycles
Problem: a last-mile operator whose routes were too small for a refrigerated van, and who was delivering frozen product in insulated bags with dry ice.
Solution: electric refrigerated tricycles at -20°C, running 60V with a 55Ah lithium pack. Box-only supply in this case, mounted on a locally sourced chassis to avoid vehicle type-approval work in the customer's market.
Pharmacy and clinic distribution, 2–8°C
Problem: a pharmacy distributor needing documented 2–8°C across many short daily routes, with a temperature record for every delivery.
Solution: HG-140L and FC-40L units set to 2–8°C, with optional logging and 220V backup for depot pre-cooling. The equipment met the temperature requirement; the customer's quality team owned the validation documentation.
Bulk frozen transfer, 1310L boxes
Problem: wholesale market to store transfer where vans were being run half empty and the cost per delivery was climbing.
Solution: FP25 1310L freezers at -18°C on 48V/60V, sized to match actual store order volumes rather than vehicle capacity.
Have a route you want sized?
Send us the cargo, the route and the temperature requirement, and we will tell you which box fits — or tell you honestly that a different approach would work better.
